Being in business since July 2017 and having some of the most experienced people in our management team has enabled us to register several achievements already:
– We are a Partner with Seven different state governments for IT and business operations-related talent deployment. We have provided the following skills to several Agencies and leading financial services firms:

  • Web Application developers to help with various web development initiatives using .Net and Java technology Stacks
    • Help with UI/UXM Development leveraging Angular, HTML, REACT, and other technologies
    • Project/Program Managers for various State Healthcare and MMIS-related initiatives. We have also deployed these for different state DOCs and DOTs.
    • Business Analysts for different IT functions and domains. We work with different State apex IT organizations driving IT policies across the State Governments
    • Our ability to source some of the best Cyber Security professionals is second to none. We have a huge repository of such skilled professionals to help our clients secure their IT environment from Cyber-attacks.

    • Creating a back-office replete with AI-led automation tools to help attain best-in-class efficiency. We have access to all Job Portals and AI tools for Talent Search and verification. We maintain our database of available candidates leveraging the leading ATS Portal.
    • We have reimagined the entire candidate engagement lifecycle from sourcing to the Deployment and retention as well as offboarding/redeployment. We have heavily invested in our iTAD framework to create assets and enablers to create a unique candidate experience in every single phase of the lifecycle.
    • Post-deployment we have excellent employee welfare and engagement practices to create an excellent experience for the candidate and retention. We are aggressive in our stakeholder management processes to ensure a performance-oriented culture.


Our achievements are numerous and most notable being doubling our headcount each year since FY 2020. We feel our headroom for growth is unlimited.

Message From CEO

This has been one of the most gratifying journeys that I have had in my life. This journey began much before July 15th, 2017 when we established TalenTech Digital as a legal entity in the Commonwealth of Virginia to help enterprises with the sourcing of Digital Technology skills.
From the onset, I have let Change be that central theme and guiding principle that enables us to compete and win in a highly competitive marketplace. My deep acumen at running different businesses for over a decade as well as internet and web designing skills came in quite handy as I went about setting up an efficient back office or attracting talent to work for us.
In the Digital landscape the only constant is change and the biggest differentiator is adoption of change and diversity. From the onset it has been my endeavor to lead with change and diversity. We have never been more relevant to our clients than now as we stood up teams of tech professionals addressing diverse needs of our clients. As the fight for talent gets more intense our clients are increasingly finding us to be the trusted ally that they need by their side to achieve their aggressive Digital Transformation Goals.
My first win came when our heavy investment into our proprietary iTAD (intelligent Talent Acquisition and Deployment) framework was able to reduce our back-office costs significantly through higher recruiter productivity and keeping our recurring back-office costs such as portals, accounting, payroll, etc at the industry’s lowest price points. Our intelligent usage of AI-driven payroll and accounting tools, ATS with powerful features to automate from screening to onboarding has given us a competitive edge in the highly cmpetitive marketplace. It has helped us to increase our relevance to our clients on the back of our competence to source and retain best talent.
I am proud to count numerous achievements such as finding a high-end cyber architect for a leading agency at the Commonwealth of Virginia to protect their IT Assets or source high-end program and project managers for various State Agencies for a multitude of domains. We have done it all by deploying some of the most skilled people on these assignments. Recently we have also diversified into the area of business operations. We are quickly building a deep understanding of hiring and engaging business operations analysts and managers.
I believe in leading from the front and take pride in being a hands-on leader who has deep knowledge about all aspects of the business. As we build scale I am empowering and finding the newer set of leaders from within the organization to offer them a career path and also create those future pillars for our growth. I want to be a leader who takes an active role in shaping the careers of our valued employees in this fast-changing industry.
